We came to Prescott Valley from Tucson to visit friends and attend the rodeo. We fell in love and decided to buy a lot and have a home built. We were referred to Justin Gardner at Gardner Custom Homes, LLC to build our new home.
But when we met a Justin at a spec home he had recently finished and he explained all the energy efficiencies he had included in this spec home, we decided that we shouldn’t build again, but rather we should buy the beautiful spec home in Mingus West. Two weeks later, we were moving in!
We have been so impressed with the quality of the Gardner home and the follow-through on building a detached RV garage on the same parcel, that less than two months after we moved into our new home, we are helping our daughter negotiate the purchase of a Gardner owned property just down the street on which Gardner Custom Homes will construct our daughter’s dream home!
I can’t think of a higher compliment than to move ahead with a second home from any builder, but that’s exactly what we are doing with Gardner Custom Homes and Justin Gardner. He has our full confidence!
