Our Design team works with you to design a home that not only compliments your personal style but also the unique aspects of your homesite. All homes are designed to work with the environment and existing land features that make your lot a unique location for your dream home.


Step 1 | Meet Your Builder

Meet your builder on your lot to discuss your goals for your new home. Share ideas and get acquainted. Fill out the Customer Questionnaire.


Step 2 | Work Agreement

Establish a preliminary budget and agreement to construct. Schedule a meeting with the Architect


Step 3 | Meet Your Architect

Our architect will ask several questions and take notes to use in the design process.  Your home will be designed to fit harmoniously to your lot’s natural topography.


Step 4 | Design Presentation

The architect will present his preliminary floor plan and elevation. We will work hand in hand until we have a home design that meets your needs.


Step 5 | Design Approval

Present your architectural design and material selections to your HOA’s Architectural Review Committee. Provide your exterior colors and material selections as appropriate.

Step 6 | Design Center Appointments

Meet with our custom cabinet and countertop designers to make your selections. You will then meet with our flooring and tile designers to finalize your interior choices.


Step 7 | Specifications Meeting

Meet your builder to determine and finalize your construction specifications. A bid package will then be created so we can obtain accurate pricing.


Step 8 | Financing

Establish a current market budget and prepare documents to your financial institution as appropriate.


Step 9 | Preconstruction Meeting

Meet your builder to review the final budget numbers. Make necessary adjustments to the contract or specifications as needed.


Step 10 | Start Construction

Plans have been approved by your HOA and municipality. Specifications are complete and financing is in place.

Once your design is complete, our experienced construction managers will work hand in hand with our reputable Trade Partners to begin the assiduous process of building your home.
